Maya CARE Foundation is a non-government organization that assists senior citizens in activities that would offer them convenience, independence and happiness, while continuing to live in their own homes. What began as a dream has now become a movement, propelled by a growing network of volunteers across cities and supporters across the world.

Founded in 2009, Maya CARE Foundation has conducted more than 12,500 free visits and benefitted over 1500 senior citizens. All our services are provided free of cost. Currently, we are serving the elderly in 39 cities of India and in 4 cities in the United Kingdom.

Over the years, over 500 committed service associates and coordinators have supported Maya CARE. We proactively seek persons with disability; then train and mentor them to perform administrative roles that can enable them to move towards financial independence. We have on-boarded over 550 PwDs (persons with disabilities).

1. Payment Policy

Payments are subject to convenience fee depending on the service provider configured on our website to transact with. At present Paytm is configured on our website. Their charges are as per the table below. The service provider convenience fees may change over the period of time. We may change the service provider in future to ensure good quality of service with minimum convenience fees

2. Privacy policy:

Maya CARE Foundation operates the websites www.mayacare.org and www.mayacare.co.uk (the “Sites”) and this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) states our policies regarding the how we collect, use, disclose, and secure personal information of the users collected solely from these Sites accessed through any device or gadget. By using the Sites, users agree to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with the Policy. If you do not consent to the Policy, please refrain from using our Services in any manner and do not install and/or use the mobile application.We may change this privacy policy from time to time. If we do so, it will be posted on this page.

a) Collection and use of Information:

Users browsing the Sites may be asked for "personal information" which includes, but not limited to, their names for personal identification. We use the data collected from the Sites to respond to users, and to inform users of our upcoming events, services, or changes to the Policy. Users have the flexibility to opt in andopt out of the mailing list any time they wish to.

b) Log Data:

We collect data (Log Data) shared by user's browser while visiting the Sites. This data may include IP address, type and version of the browser used, pages of the Sitesthat the user visited, time and date of user visits, time spent on each page, and similar other statistics that are provided as standard service by the Server software.

c) Security:

Maya CARE Foundation fully owns the data we collect from the Sites. We do not sell or rent the collected data to a third party. It is our constant endeavor to protect the personal information of the users collected from the Sites. We use SSL encryption techniques for data anonymization and ensure our website with user data are strictly secured.

d) Cookies:

Our sites does not use any cookies to track user visits .

e) Links:

Our sites may include links to external websites. Maya CARE Foundation is not responsible for the content or policies that these external websites practice. It is recommended that users exercise their discretion while using these external websites and read their respective privacy statements.

3. Refund policy

Donations once received cannot be refunded or transferred.

4. Cancellation policy

Once the transaction is complete and funds have been transferred, it cannot be cancelled.
