Business Process Management Outsourcing (BPM)
Maya CARE Foundation BPM was started in November 2021, we specialize in providing outsourced work performed by persons with disabilities (PWDs), as well as facilitating the inclusion of PWDs within organizations. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including:
- All generic Back-Office Operations
- Data Maintenance and Curation: Data Entry, Collation, Validation, and Cleaning
- Answering Inbound Customer Calls/Emails/Helplines
- Query Resolution based on Templates/Process Documents
- Outbound Calls to Validate Information (NOT SALES)
- Basic Coordination: Passing on Information, Filling Out Forms, Updating Software
- Other tasks involving phone communication or non-technical tasks
Work Allocation: Tailored based on the type and severity of disability (internal decision by Maya CARE Foundation)
We also offer Helpline Services in all Indian Languages and assist with CV Search, Screening, and Candidate Engagement.
Virtual Assistance: Setting up Meetings, Zoom/MS Teams Support
Additionally, we provide support across various business functions, including HR Assistance, Marketing/Sales Support, and Project Coordination.
